World 2000m steeplechase record set by Chepkoech in Zagreb
World 3000m steeplechase record-holder Beatrice Chepkoech set a world record by clocking 5:47.42 in the 2000m steeplechase event with her compatriot Winnie Jemutai coming in second with a time of 5:52.92 at the Boris Hanzekovic Memorial – a World Athletics Continental Tour Gold meeting held in Zagreb on Sunday 10 September, 2023.
