Launched in 2020, the Kip Keino Classic Tour is part of the best international one day meets outside of the Diamond League. The tour comprises Gold, Silver and Bronze level meetings spanning the globe held from February to December. The second edition of the 2021 Kip Keino Classic will be held on 18th September, 2021 at Nairobi’s Moi Kasarani Stadium in Kenya's capital, Nairobi. The 2021 Kip Keino Classic will come hot on the heels of World Under-20 Championships crowning the final leg of the world tour. 'The Kip Keino Classic' is the Kenyan leg of the Continental World Tour series named after Kenya’s trail-blazing Olympian, Kipchoge Keino.
