Dutch superstar Femke Bol thrilled the home crowd at the FBK Games 2025 – a World Athletics Continental Tour Gold meeting – in Hengelo on Monday (9). With a dominant, record-breaking victory in the 400m hurdles, she clocked 52.51s to smash her own meeting record. Bol, the reigning world champion, continued her strong start to the season just weeks after a career-best opener in Rabat. Using a new block technique, she surged ahead early and maintained her lead to win by over two seconds.
